SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME
We process and ship orders from Israel Sunday through Thursday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 4-7 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted.
Because most of Liza's Jewelry are handmade, processing may sometimes take longer, details of which may be found in the product description, on your order confirmation or by email that will be sent to you after your order will be placed.
You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All jewelries are carefully packed (to avoid any shipping damages) and in a wrapping paper as a gift.
We offer free shipping on all Israel orders via Israel Post. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.
Shipment usually takes up to 14 business days to Europe and up to 21 business days to the USA, Africa or the Far East. Postal delays may occur from time to time.
To avoid any confusion, please make sure that your address and PayPal address match.
Express delivery (2-3 business days) is available at an additional price of 15-30 USD. Please contact me at email@example.com if you want to use this service.
Once Liza's items have been delivered to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Liza is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Liza, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Liza. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
Colors may appear slightly different in photos and on different screens. All merchandise sold is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel all orders that appear to be for resale purposes.
Payment are processed securely through Paypal. A PayPal account is not necessary for you if you don't have one, you can simply use your credit card for your purchases.

Return & Exchange Policy
We will accept returns (excluding final sale items) which are unworn and not damaged. Any item will be accepted if returned in their original, undamaged Liza box. Please try it carefully, as returns of items with worn or scratches will not be accepted.
Please allow 3 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. Please address all returns to firstname.lastname@example.org
